Privacy policy

Enquiry forms collect your name, mobile number, city and optional system preference so we can schedule a home survey.

We do not sell this information. It is stored to respond to your request and, where needed, to coordinate subsidy or net metering paperwork you asked us to handle.

If you arrive from a Meta or Google ad, we store campaign tags (UTM, gclid, fbclid) with your form so we know which ad sent you. Pixel and conversion tags load only after tracking IDs are set.

Our website chat is answered by an AI assistant. What you type there, and any name, mobile number or city you give it, is stored with the conversation so a Vira Solar advisor can call you back. To generate the reply, the message text is sent to our AI providers (DeepSeek and OpenAI), who process it on our behalf. Please do not type OTPs, card numbers or bank details into the chat; we never ask for them.
