What net metering does
When your home generates more than it uses, surplus units can be settled on the bill after the DISCOM installs or reprograms the meter.
Who decides
The local division decides completeness, inspection and timing. In much of Purvanchal that is PuVVNL. Vira Solar prepares documents; we do not approve the meter.
What you should expect from us
Our in-house net metering desk prepares the file, submits it and follows up with the division, and the process is part of the kit price rather than a separate charge. What we will not give you is a guaranteed number of days — only a realistic range based on how that division is currently working.

Can net metering be finished before installation?
In practice the file follows a completed, inspectable system. We do not promise a meter date before the DISCOM has seen the site.
